My school has a point level system. They give out rewards when the kids are on the right level and they earn points throughout the day to get to their designated levels. My school focuses on more of the challenged behavioral aspects of 'special needs children' and such, there are kids there that are immobile and nonverbal - and its kinda sad. But sometimes its a real eyeopener to me. I'm really trying to not run out of class without permission (they call it 'eloping') and so that way I can get back onto a level 4. When your level 1 you stay in the small cafeteria and I hate that because I feel claustrophobic in there and everything is closed off from everyone else. I just need to control my behavior a bit more so that way I don't freak out every minute... I'm really trying though! >_<
A way to help that is to work on my meditation - my Mantra techniques more. Mantra is when you take two syllable-words and say them while your taking a deep breath. There are other methods to this but overall its pretty much like that. It really helps me calm down and I've realized that as much as medication can help you calm down you have to do a little effort to help that medication work. Meditation I found helps a lot. It tells me when to slow down a breathe.
I've also come liking the Ukulele! I'm hoping to get one for Christmas and if I do make some sort of cover with it I'll post it here too~
As far as being 'active' on DA, I'm on here everyday. I just don't post things. I'm trying to work on that more. I'm going to start adding photography to my DA. So hopefully that'll be something to keep people interested.
